If you are feeling low, tired all the time, cold (who doesn’t in this weather), dizzy,
then you may need to boost your blood - quantity and quality.
This is a great winter recipe for everyone whether you have above symptoms or
not. It really helps build up the bodies resistance. And if we have a winter like we
did last year then we need this even more.
Note: Combine this recipe with lots of Elderberries to help strengthen the
immune system and blood to keep you and your family strong and healthy all
winter. Also eat lots of nourishing root veg and drink lots of thick warm soups.
> 200 grams of dried nettle
> 200 grams of apricots (chopped)
> 2 litres of red wine (cheap bottle will do)
Add all the ingredients into you 3 litre (sterilised glass jar – with an airtight lid)
Mix thoroughly and leave to sit in a dark, cool and dry place for 2-3 weeks.
Give it a good shake twice a day.
After 2-3 weeks strain through muslin or cheese cloth.
Bottle in the original wine bottle if you keep the corks. Or stored in dark sterilised
bottles.
Dose: Drink a small glass (20-30 ml) per day.
