Nettle Nourisher Smoothie
Anti-oxidant, blood nourishing and blood moving smoothie.
This is a great smoothie for people that feel that there system is a bit sluggish and
they feel tired, anaemic, no energy. It is loaded with antioxidants and help protect
the body from stress.
I take this smoothie to give myself a boost and get the blood going around the body
but especially to the brain.
+ 2 handfuls of mixed frozen berries or fresh
+ Squeeze lemon (no pips)
+ 10 leaves of fresh rosemary (no stem)
+ Herbal tea: 1 small cup with Peppermint (1 teaspoon or 1 tea-bag) & Nettle (2
teaspoon or 2 tea-bags) infused for 5-10 minutes.
Method: blend all these up together and more liquid(tea) to get the consistency
you want
